Brief Summary
|
This study consists of a total of 30 participants divided into two groups of 15 each by the coin toss method. One group is treated with scaling and root planing while the second group is treated with scaling and root planing followed by photobiomodulation therapy with low level laser at 660nm wavelength for a duration of 40 seconds. Blood samples are drawn at the first and 21st day to analyse the levels of superoxide dismutase in the serum. |
