Comparator Agent  Core strengthening exercises   Core strengthening exercises like neutral spine, curl up,cat -camel,Bird -dog and supine bridge. group will receive 50 minutes of core strengthening exercises each exercise 10 repetitions for 10 minutes.
Intervention  Sciatic nerve gliding exercises   Nerve gliding exercises which consist of sliding and tensioning techniques. The sliding technique is performed by extending the affected leg with neck extension and for the tensioning the neck is flexed along with knee extension.Along with these core strengthening exercises are given.Experimental group will receive 25 min of nerve gliding exercises and 25 minutes of core strengthening exercises (each exercise 5 repetitions).consists of 9 sessions of therapy for 3 weeks.Total time of the study will be 50 minutes.

Brief Summary   Lumbosacral radiculopathy.is a condition which is caused mainly due to irritation or compression of the nerve roots of lumbar and sacral region. Radiculopathy results in pain, muscle weakness and functional disability. Neural mobilization is a series of techniques used to evaluate and re-establish the nerve’s elasticity and mobility.
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of sciatic nerve glides on pain and functional disability in patients with lumbosacral radiculopathy. It is a randomized controlled trial. A total of 30 participants will be allocated into two groups- experimental and control group. Experimental group will be receiving sciatic nerve glides along with core-strengthening exercises and control group will be given core strengthening exercises alone. Numerical pain rating scale and Oswestry low back pain disability questionnaire will be used as outcome measures to assess the pain and functional disability in patients with lumbosacral radiculopathy. The study duration is going to be for 3 weeks and outcome measures will be measured at pre and post treatment. Data will be analyzed using Paired-t test to assess the variable within the group. Independent sample t-test will be used to assess in-between group comparison.
