Patients with medical and surgical disorders requiring ICU care with AKI as defined by KDIGO criteria
Patients with medical and surgical disorders requiring ICU care with AKI as defined by:
Patients aged 18 years and above
A change in SCr by more than equal to 0.3 mg/dL within 48 h or an increase to more than equal to 1.5 times the presumed baseline value that is known or presumed to have occurred within the prior 7 days OR Urine output less than 0.5 ml/kg/hr for 6hrs |

Brief Summary
|
This is an observational study about spectrum and outcome of Acute Kidney Injury in Intensive care Units of a Hospital in north india, 70 patients will be studied during the course of this study to find out the cause of ACUTE kidney injury and its association with co exisiting comorbidities in the patient .The need for renal replacement therapy in these patients will also be studied along with the outcome of AKI.this study will be conducted between 2023-2025. |
