The current study aims to explore the perception of death and advance care planning including their awareness and possibility of utilization for future within a selected health care institutions of Udupi district, Karnataka. This study can further explore the perception of young adults regarding the place of death and will help the health professional, strategies to fulfill the wishes and enhance end of life care.
