Brief Summary
Nurses are the most important healthcare team members in providing holistic care.  Globally, most of the standards nursing books recommend the care of patients based on steps of nursing process to provide complete care. It is important to timely evaluate the utilization of nursing process in clinical setings to appreciate the work of nurses and identify if there are any barriers . However there are a very few studies in India related to nursing process. Therefore the researcher aims to explore the status of utilization and factors affecting nursing process in Indian setting.
