Brief Summary   Background: Elective postings are a part of the new Competency Based Medical Education (CBME) curriculum as they are known to provide a more well-rounded education.
Purpose: This was the first medical undergraduate batch to undergo the elective postings and their perspective regarding its implementation will help us to refine this process for future batches. Hence this study was taken up to assess their feedback.
It is a questionnaire study to assess the perception of elective postings in medical graduates who have finished the first batch of elective postings. The questionnaire about awareness, attitude, and perception about elective postings will be assessed and analyzed.
