Intervention  Myokinetic Stretching Technique, Neurodynamics  Myokinetic Stretching Technique: Myokinetic stretching technique (MST)4 is a form of myofascial release, (The term Myofascial Release5was popularized in the 1950s and is defined as a hyperirritable spot in skeletal muscle that is associated with a hypersensitive palpable nodule in a taut band. DURATION: 4 set of 15 Stretches with 3 minutes of rest. Neurodynamics: Neurodynamic techniques refer to therapeutic methods which is to facilitate movement between the nervous system and its interfacing tissues or to reduce the mechanical loading on the nervous system. DURATION: 3-4 Repetition with 60 seconds hold.

Brief Summary  

All the participants were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and patients will be assessed for the outcome measures inclusive of SF12, CRIS and NDI at the baseline. And then a treatment for 5 days a week for 2 weeks. Participants receive Moist Hot Pack for 15 minutes, Myokinetic Stretching Technique 4 sets of stretch with 3 minutes rest, Neurodynamics, Stretching Exercises (Trapezius stretch, Levator scapulae stretch, Sternocleidomastoid stretch, cervical deep extensor stretch, 10 repetitions with 15 seconds hold), TENS for 15 minutes.
