Intervention  Yogic Intervention  Yogic intervention for 6 weeks. At first 5 days in a row of 1.5 hours per day of intensive yoga steps training. Following 5 days women will do solo yoga at home for 35-40 minutes and for the next 6 weeks, they practice group yoga twice a week under the investigators supervision.

Brief Summary   The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effect of yogic intervention on menopausal symptoms in women under different menopausal stages.

Methodology
 An Interventional study, designed using purposive sampling. The study will recruit 72 menopausal women of age group 40- 65 years. They will further be divided into three stages of menopause based on their symptoms. Then they will be given yoga intervention to Check the effect of yoga on menopausal symptoms. Yoga Intervention will include asanas, pranayam, and meditation. Menopause specific quality-of-life questionnaire will be used to assess the symptoms which will be assessed every 2 weeks. The data will be analyzed at the end of the study.
