Brief Summary   Multiple assessments are used in the study to gauge participants’ health-related physical fitness levels. Muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, grip strength, and body composition are a few of these.

The composition of the body:

Harpenden skinfold caliper is the method of measurement used.
Thighs, abdomen, and chest were measured.
A parameter was evaluated. % of fat in the body.
Aerobic and Cardiovascular Fitness:

Multi-stage shuttle run tests and the Beep test are the methods of assessment.
Protocol: Running at a maximum speed of twenty meters between two lines, sporadically, until attained. VO2max is determined using the fastest possible completion rate.Aerobic and Cardiovascular Fitness:

Strengthening of Muscle:

With a digital handgrip dynamometer, hand grip strength is measured.
Upper Body: Bench Press, 1 RM.
Lower Body: Leg Press Machine, 1 Rep Maximum.
The endurance of muscles:

Push-ups for one minute for the upper body.
One-minute sit-ups are recommended for the abdomen.
The quantity of push-ups and sit-ups that are performed correctly in a minute is the criteria. The endurance of muscles:

Flexibility:

The sit-and-reach test is the assessment method.
Technique: The participant leans forward and presses their bare feet against the sit-and-reach box while maintaining a hand-over-hand grip.Aspects such as speed, agility, vertical and horizontal power, coordination, balance, and reaction time are highlighted in the study’s evaluation of skill-related physical fitness characteristics.

Speed:

Measurement technique: a time-gated 40-meter sprint test.
Adaptability:

Five-ten-five yard pro agility test is the measurement method.
Steps involved: The player runs in the designated directions while the timer runs.Step Up Vertically:

Measurement technique: Vertical Jump Assessment.
Procedure: The player makes a vertical jump, and the amount that separates their standing reach from their maximal jump height is calculated.

Power in the Horizon:

The medicine ball throw is the measurement method.
Protocol: The participant sits down and tosses the medicine ball against a wall as far as they can.Sync:

Wall catch test is the measurement technique.
Method: The number of catches made in a minute is recorded.

Equilibrium:

Measurement technique: Posture-based static balance.
Time of Reaction:

Drop stick test is the measurement technique.
This extensive evaluation offers a comprehensive understanding of physical fitness characteristics related to both health and skill, enabling a detailed comparative study between players of lawn tennis and badminton.A thorough comparison of lawn tennis and badminton players. Accompanying risk factors.
