Frequency- 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks
Intensity- 3 sets with 10 repetitions in one set
Time- 50 mins
Type- Plyometric push-up
Warm up and cool down will be given before and after training. |

Brief Summary
|
In this study the Rifle Shooters will be approached and will be explained about the study. Interested individuals will be included if fulfills inclusion. The participants then will have to undergo training program which will include warm up followed by Plyometric push-up training followed by cool down. This will be done for 6 weeks. Before starting and at the end Closed kinetic chain upper extremity stability test, 1RM, Medicine ball Throw and Scoreboard assessment will be done and compared. The data will be then statistically analysed. |
