Intervention  Core and Balance Training   Core and balance training group (Initial Phase) Stand on balance board –static standing on balance board with two legs. Isometric supine straight leg bridge on Swiss ball. Double leg standing on bosu ball. Plank. (Intermediate phase) - Static standing on board with 2 legs and eyes closed, Isometric supine leg bending bridge on Swiss ball, Single leg standing on bosu ball, Side plank. (Advance phase) - Squats on balance board with eyes closed, Isometric supine single leg bounding bridge on Swiss ball, hitting shuttle cock while standing on bosu ball, Side plank. Each exercise session will last for 45 min. Divided into 3 phases- 10 min. warm up which includes mobility and stretching activities. 30 min. program of core and balance training and a 5 min. cool down session.2 Days/6 weeks  
Comparator Agent  Plyometric Training  Plyometric training group (Initial Phase) - Side to side ankle hop, Front cone hops, Standing jump and reach, Lateral jump over barrier. (Intermediate Phase)- Side to side ankle hops, Lateral cone hops, Standing long jump, lateral jump single leg. (Advance Phase)- Side to side ankle hops, Diagonal cone hops, Standing long jump with lateral sprint, Lateral jump single leg. Each exercise session will last for 45 min. divided into 3 phases- 10 min. warm up which includes mobility and stretching activities. 30 min. program of plyometric training and a 5 min. cool down session. 2 days/6 weeks

ExclusionCriteria 
Details  Participants who had ACL, hamstring, meniscus, ankle or any other lower extremity injuries that are associated with diminished dynamic balance during the last 3 years.

Brief Summary   The study is a randomized double blind, Parallel group, Single - center trial comparing the efficacy of core and balance training compare to plyometric training in badminton players. Every participant will participate for 45 min. training session, for 2 days/6weeks, that will be conducted in single centered, Integral University, Lucknow (India). The primary Outcome measures will be Sit up Test, Star Excursion Balance Test(SEBT) and Illinois Test at baseline, after 2 week, after 4 weeks, after 6 weeks.
