ï‚· Children free from any systemic illness & good

ï‚· Clinically exposed teeth showing delayed response

snow ,heat test and electric pulp tester. 
 
ExclusionCriteria

systemic disease

Brief Summary    A clinical management of young immature clinically non vital permanent teeth will be done using revascularization and apexification technique with/without using Mineral Trioxide Aggregate. Total of 30 young permanent immature teeth will be taken in healthy children between the age of 7-14yrs. The primary outcome measures will be clinical and radiographic success at 3,6,9,12 months.
