Brief Summary
|
This cross-sectional study aims to determine the relationship of hamstring muscle length with dynamic balance and agility in recreational football players. 92 individuals between ages 18 to 30 years with hamstring tightness will be recruited using convenience sampling. Hamstring tightness will be assessed using the active knee extension test. Dynamic balance and agility will be assessed using the Y balance test (lower quarter) and T-test respectively. An average of three trials will be recorded in a single session. The study will be conducted in a private medical college ground in Dakshina Kannada. |
