Brief Summary   The present study aims to study  "Short term effect of RAMP warm up vs dynamic warm up protocol on speed and agility in footballers " .An effective warm-up supports enhanced session performance, reduced injury risk and psychological readiness. Soccer is a sport in which a multitude of explosive actions (accelerations, decelerations, kicking the ball, changing direction or jumping) are interspersed with less intense actions. The “RAMP” approach provides a framework around which to construct effective warm-up procedures for both competition and the workout. and dynamic warp up has been traditionally used . Therefore, the need arises to compare the effects of standardized dynamic warm up protocol with RAMP protocols on speed and agility parameters in young football players .Research Hypothesis (H1): The RAMP warm up system is more effective than dynamic warm up in improving speed and agility in footballers . Research Hypothesis (H2):The dynamic warm up is more effective than RAMP warm up in improving speed and agility in footballers . Null Hypothesis (H0): Both dynamic warm up and ramp warm up are equally effective in improving speed and agility in footballers .
