Intervention  Group A: Kettlebell training  Participants will be trained with kettlebells for 6 weeks. Exercise selection will include kettlebell swings, accelerated swings, and goblet squats. Exercise will consist of kettlebell swings, accelerated swings, and goblet squats. 
Comparator Agent  Group B: Plyometric training   Participants will be trained with plyometric training for 6 weeks. Exercise selection will include front barrier jump, lateral high-knee with hurdles, lateral barrier jump, depth jump, and multi-direction jump with hurdles.

Details  1) Athletes with playing experience of at least 12 months.
2) Athletes with regular practice since last 3 months. 
 
ExclusionCriteria

4) Athletes with structural deformities.
5) Athletes with any musculoskeletal or neurological or cardiovascular disorders.

Brief Summary  

The aim of the study is to find out the Effect of Kettlebell Training Versus Plyometric Training on Agility, Static Balance and Dynamic Balance in Volleyball Players. The participants will be recruited from Wardha District Volleyball Stadium, Wardha, Maharashtra after receiving approval from the Institutional Ethics Committee of Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education and Research (Deemed to be University). The participants will be explained about the study procedure and written informed consent will be taken before inclusion. The participants will be divided into two groups; Group A -  Kettlebell Training program and Group B - Plyometric Training program. The protocol will be given for 6 weeks. Statistical analysis will be carried out and results will be calculated.
