Brief Summary
|
Cricket is a popular global sport that requires a combination of physical fitness, skill, and strategy. Although a noncontact sport, overuse and impact injuries are common since players engage in a wide range of physical activities, Before performing any sports, it is important to prepare the body by performing an appropriate warm up, and cricket is no exception. Warming up prepares the body for sport performance and can help decrease the risk of injury. There is a lack of standard warm up programme followed in cricket players. The need arises for cricket players to follow a warm up programme within standard training parameters. we will assess participants agility and endurance before and after giving FIFA eleven plus warm up programme for four week. |
