Brief Summary
|
A study will be conducted to investigate the
prevalence and predictors of musculoskeletal health complaints (MHC) among
ride-sharing motorbike drivers in Bangladesh, who work in a challenging
environment in low-income and middle-income settings. The study will use a
cross-sectional design and collect data from 1553 ride-sharing motorbike
drivers aged 18 years and above in Dhaka, Bangladesh. MHC will be measured
using the musculoskeletal subscale of the subjective health complaints scale.
The prevalence of MHC will be computed using descriptive analysis and compared
across groups. Regression analysis will be used to identify the predictors of
MHC for motorbike drivers. The goal of this study is to provide insights into
the musculoskeletal health of outdoor workers in low-income and middle-income
countries who work in the ride-sharing industry. |
