Comparator Agent  conventional exercises  It includes closed kinematic chain exercises, range of motion exercises for the upper and lower extremity, stretching and strengthening exercises for upper limb, trunk and lower limb, coordination, manual dexterity exercises (e.g. grasp release), and teaching of daily living activities (ADLs), according to patient’s needs. It will be performed for 6 weeks, 5 days per week. 
Intervention  Scapular and upper limb Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation   Scapular and upper limb proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation techniques will be applied to the participants in this group followed by conventional exercises. A physiotherapist will deliver treatment for 5 days a week for 6 weeks.

Details  1. Patient with hemiplegic subacute stroke between 3-6 months, both male and female aged from 50-70 years
2. Patients with more than 24 in Mini-mental state examination
3. Patients with spasticity between grades (+1 and 1) on the Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS).
4. Patients with Brunnstrom Voluntary control grading more than or equal to 4
5. Patients who were independent in ambulation with or without a walking aid
 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  1. patients who have uncontrolled hypertension, symptomatic heart failure, or unstable angina.
2. patients who have a recurrent stroke.
3. patients who have any traumatic upper and lower limb musculoskeletal conditions.
4. patients who had organ damage such as lung, heart, kidney, or liver failure.
