Brief Summary
Early detection and treatment of upper cross syndrome are essential for preventing future deterioration and managing musculoskeletal pain. One unfinished goal of this study field is to determine the best way to raise awareness about upper cross syndrome prevention. Changing dentists’ perspectives on tedious job, raising awareness of accepted posture, and making positive ergonomic modifications may be the most cost-effective and long-lasting solutions.
Due to their poor posture and repetitive work schedules, dental students are particularly susceptible to Upper cross syndrome. This study intends to educate dental students with ergonomic advice and simple homebased exercises that they can follow to alleviate upper cross syndrome since they are unaware of how to correct this improper posture.
