Brief Summary   Comparison of effect of preoperative nebulization with Ketamine versus Magnesium Sulphate on incidence of postoperative sore throat in patient undergoing surgery in general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.
Purpose of trial is to compare the incidence of sore throat at 0hours, 2hours, 6 hours, 8hours, 12hours, 24hours.
Hemodynamic parameters are compared.
Preoperative nebulization will be done for 10mins with ultrasonic/mesh nebuliser machine.
