Janu Sandighat Vata due to Abhighata (before 6 months).
Patient with condition mentioned under contra indication for Agnikarma in Sushruta Samhita .
Patients with systemic diseases like uncontrolled diabetes , Uncontorlled Hypertension, Patients with major disorder like neoplastic conditions of knee.
T.B.Knee Joint.
Patient with condition Haemarthrosis Pyoarthorosis.
Patient undergoing other modalities of treatment for Janu Sandhigata Vata.

Brief Summary  

Osteoarthritis knee is a common troublesome problem. Although the disease is not fatal but its attacks and duration of pain makes the life of patient and miserable. The contemporary system of medicine mainly aims at pain relief, prevention of recurrence and improving functions. Analgesics Anti inflammatory and are the drug of choice. Surgery is performed rarely. Unfortunately the analgesic taken through mouth have too many side effects particularly in prolonged uses like gastritis, Gastric ulcer etc. In this modern world patients wants quick and sustainable relief from pain. And Agnikarma can be a very good answer for this. It is an OPD based procedure, easy to perform , doesn’t require big setup and can be used as therapeutic and Adjuvant therapy.
