1 Patient between 10 years to 19 years for the adolescent age group
2 Pain occurring since menarche as well as pre menopause
3 Clinical features of primary dysmenorrhea must be present during most menstrual cycles which includes pain arising on the first day of menses spasmodic pain and confined to the lower abdomen This pain may radiate to the back and middle aspect of the thigh
4 Those having mild or moderate dysmenorrhea
5 Patients with a regular menstrual cycle of 21-35 days |

1 patients with regular menstrual cycles of more than 35 days or less than 21 days
2 patients taking any other treatment for any other complaints
3 patient with any other pelvic disease leading to secondary dysmenorrhea sech as fibroid PCOD endometriosis Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases

Study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of individualised homoeopathic treatment and placebo effects in cases of primary dysmenorrhea VRS scale will be used to assess the level of pain at the baseline and then every month. WaLLID scale will be used to assess the daily routine activities of patients with primary dysmenorrhea. |
