presence of calculi from 4mm to 9mm size, confirmed by USG either unilaterally or bilaterally.
patients with solitary or multiple calculi.
Pain with or without Hematuria.

This study is comparative clinical study to evaluate the efficacy of Kushmanda swarasadi yoga over Varunamula Kwatha in the management of Mutrashmari, that will be conducted in BLDEAS AVS Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Hospital and Research Centre, Vijayapur -  586109 Karnataka, India. For this study all the classical and modern literature are gathered by referring all available textbooks, internet sources, articles etc... total 40 patients are included in the study based on includion and exclusion criteria which are randomly divided into 2 groups namely Group A and Group B. Group A patients are treated with Kushmanda swarasadi yoga 24ml before food in BD dose and Group B patients are treated with Varunamula kwatha 20ml before foodin BD dose. All the signs and symptoms are noted and gradings were given before and after the treatment and results were drawn. Statistically result was effective in both groups on comparing group A with Group B, there was no significance difference between both the groups.
