ExclusionCriteria 
Details  1. Anticipated difficult airway, Mallampati Score>3
2. Preoperative intubated patient
3. Allergy to any anaesthetic agent or drug(Injection Propofol or Injection Lignocaine)
4. Pregnancy
5. Intraoperative surgical complication
6. Severe cardiac, or renal disease, ASA >III

Brief Summary   This study aims to compare endotracheal tube and laryngeal mask airway for airway management with respect to haemodynamic stability, airway safety, adverse respiratory events and preoperative versus postoperative neurological status in patients undergoing endovascular treatment of cerebral aneurysm under general anaesthesia.
