Intervention  Parent led respiratory adjunctive interventions  Parent led respiratory adjunctive interventions It is a set of intervention devised by the investigator and given administer to the parents (mother or father) who will in turn help the children practice the breathing techniques, so as to impact their respiratory outcome. These includes Information Education and Communication-Lecture and discussion regarding the general components of asthma will be explained by the investigator using video presentation and it will be given to the parent and their child which will take 20 to 30 minutes Buteyko Technique The Investigator will demonstrate the technique of Nasal breathing, relaxation relieve shortness of breath for 2 to 3 minutes which has to be done for 15 to 20 minutes of duration three times a day Pap worth technique The Investigator will demonstrate the technique of which includes control over breathing for 2 to 3 minutes and the same has to be repeated by the child under the guidance of the parent 3 times a day The sessions are led by parents Return Demonstration Parents will return demonstrate the Buteyko Technique and Papworth technique which will be on the child and this return demonstration will be assess by the investigator

Parents of children who can able to understand and speak Tamil or English

Brief Summary   The study findings revealed that there is significant improvement in the knowledge of the mothers of infant followed by video assisted teaching. based on the statistical findings. its evident that the provision of video assisted teaching will motivate the mothers of infant to acquire knowledge and practice regarding management of diaper rashes and it’s illness that will ensure to maintain the normal life
