Intervention  Upper Body Plyometric Training  It is a pre-post study. Hand grip, medicine ball throw, sprint, biceps curl, and sit and reach tests will be assessed pre and post-intervention. Upper Body Plyometric Training is given 3 days a week for 4 weeks, 40-60 minutes per session with 5-10 repetitions per set

Brief Summary   This Study is been conducted to know the effect of upper body plyometric on fitness and trunk balance in wheelchair athletes- an experimental study. The study will be conducted in the district ground of Belagavi. It is a pre-post intervention study. At the beginning of the study Hand grip, Medicine ball throw, Bicep curl up, Sprint and Sit and reach tests will be assessed through Jamar Dynamometer, Medicine ball, and Dumbell respectively. The upper body plyometric training intervention is given 3 days a week for 4 weeks, for 40-60 minutes with 5-10 repetitions of each set of exercises, the intensity of exercises is 80-100%.  After the completion of the intervention, the post-evaluation is done with the same outcome measures. 

The pre and post-values are noted on the data collection sheet and these observations are further presented in tabular form and will be subjected to statistical analysis.
