Multicomponent Training Program. |
First we select the collegiate badminton player on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria then we start warm up and cool down exercise before the training program after the warm up and cool down we start Multicomponent training program for strength of upper limb and agility.In upper limb strength we give the shoulder flexion,shoulder internal and external rotation, elbow flexion and wrist grip(All the exercise doing with the help of thera band).In agility we give the Z-drill, 4 corner drill and T-drill for increase the agility in collegiate badminton player.Time duration is three days a week for 4 weeks. |

Brief Summary
|
Ethical approval of this study will be taken from the student project committee and ethical committee of Maharishi Markandeshwar Institute of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. The study will be done in accordance with the Helsinki declaration revised 2013 and the National Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical Research involving Human Participants, 2017.
Recruitment and Intervention:
The objective of the study is to find out the positive effect of multicomponent training programs on the agility and strength of collegiate badminton players. Participants will be chosen from a group of 18–25-year-old healthy collegiate badminton players. Each player’s complete demographic information, including name, age, gender, weight, and height, will be recorded. For 4 weeks, an exercise program will be provided thrice a week. Seated Medicine Ball Throw, Agility t-test, and sports performance test are used as outcome measures and will be done after 4th week of intervention. |
