Group-A post operative analgesia in patient undergoing thoracotomy by intercostal nerve block technique(by using 2.5mg/kg of 0.5% ropivacaine + PCIA using normal saline and rescue analgesia provided in the form of 0.5-1mcg/ml iv fentanyl |

4) failure of the patient to properly use the PCA pump |
