Brief Summary

Due to increase use of technology in India, several parents are facing excessive usage of mobile phones among themselves or in their children. This excessive use results in behavioural changes in individuals. These types of cases have also been observed in our OPD. This has drawn our attention and this study aims to conduct a survey to find out prevalence of IGD in India especially in Rajasthan. With the help of the present study we shall be able to find out the prevalence of Internet Gaming Disorder and most commonly affected age group with IGD. If IGD is found significantly prevalent in Rajasthan, further study may be taken up to find out the effectiveness of Homoeopathic medicines in the cases of IGD.
