ExclusionCriteria 
Details  Age group below 17 and above 24 females are excluded.
Pregnant and menopausal or peri menopausal females are excluded.
Lactating females.
Cases with congenital anomalities.
Cases with gross pathological changes.
Girls with irregular menstrual cycles.
Cases with pre diagnosed mood disorders anxiety and depression.
Females who had started or changed oral contraceptive pill in the previous 6 months.

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a common health problem in women in reproductive age group. Premenstrual syndrome is also described as Premenstrual Tension Syndrome, it is a symptom complex recognized primarily by cyclic changes associated with ovulatory cycles. Homoeopathy is one of the most popular holistic systems of medicine. The selection of remedy is based upon the theory of individualization and symptoms similarity by using holistic approach.SYNTHESIS9.1 REPERTORY is more effective and most authenticated repertory in treatment of Premenstrual Syndrome, as there is mental aspect that can be a leading cause of the disease. So, in my dissertation on Premenstrual Syndrome, I have chosen SYNTHESIS 9.1 REPERTORY
