Brief Summary
|
The current GI study will be conducted using well-established method recommended by WHO/FAO. There are 30 healthy adult volunteers (both male and female) will be recruited for this study. All participants will undergo 4 days of testing with the reference food (50 g glucose) and then 1 day with the test foods. On each test day, the volunteers will visit the GI testing Centre in the morning after a 10-12 hr overnight fast. |
