Brief Summary  

    Mental health has been a topic of increasing interest for several decades. Research shows prevalence  that various kinds of mental health challenges  among people worldwide. The common mental health challenges are found to be  stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, phobia, personality disorder, etc. Mental health professionals are those who work for management of various mental health challenges of people. However like others they are also not immune to mental health issues. 

     Training is a stressful experience with high responsibility combined with the lack of professional experience that can increase the vulnerability for mental health issues. But research studies on mental health challenges of clinical psychology trainees are less in number. So this study will be carried out with the aim to understand the experience of clinical psychology trainees relating to their mental health challenges and their ways of responding to those challenges during their training period. also, this study will explore the various ways of the trainees to respond to those challenges. A creative documentation will be formed by using analyzed data. This study will provide the participants a better understanding of their mental health challenges and their ways of negotiating those challenges. The documentation of skills and knowledge will be helpful for all the clinical psychology trainees in negotiating their mental health challenges during their training period.
