Patient willing with consent
Patient with age group of 18 to 60 years
Patients with diagnosed Naadi Vrana Pilonidal Sinus will be included after screening
Patients irrespective of sex occupation and economic status will be included |

Details |
Patients suffering with systemic disorders like Diabetes mellitus Tuberculosis HIV and Hepatitis will be excluded
Patients having Malignancy will be excluded

Brief Summary
|
In this study the patients will be informed about the study protocol. Clinical research format will be prepared and validated. Prior to the study approval will be taken from IEC, MGACH & RC, Salod(H), Wardha Than selection of each patients according to selection criteria. They are divided into 2 groups. In 1 group (18 patients) we will give Standard KShar Sutra therapy and in another group (18 Patient) we will give Udumber Ksheer Sutra therapy applied in Naadi Vrana (Pilonidal Sinus) every week for 4 weeks after 28-30 days. Assessment will be done in
the basis of subjective and objective criteria to rule out which Sutra is more effective in the treatment
of Naadi Vrana (Pilonidal Sinus). |
