2.Patients posted for elective surgery under general anaesthesia.
3.Patients willing to participate. |

1.Patient refusal
2.Patients with BMI over 40 kg/m2.
3.Patients with pre-existing airway malformation/pathology.
4.Patients with facial or cervical fracture.
5.Patients with large goitre or cervical tumour.
6.Patients with previous history of difficult intubation.
7.Pregnant females
8.Patients with restricted mouth opening or neck movement.
