i. Patients willing for the trial.
ii. Patients between the age group of 35 – 50 years.
iii. Patients, with either one or all symptoms of Asrigdara like Ritou Atipravitti (excessive bleeding during menstruation), Anritou pravritti (intermenstrual bleeding), Deergha Pravritti (prolonged bleeding).

i. Patient not willing for trial.
ii. Patients with uterine and pelvic pathology like big fibroid (>5cm), Ca cervix, cervical polyp etc.
iii. Patients having bleeding sites other than uterus.
iv. Bleeding due to coagulation disorders.
v. Women using OCPs.
vi. Medical illnesses.
vii. If condition of patients deteriorated during trial they shall be discontinued from trial.

Brief Summary
|
Research Report will be soon published after the completion of trial. 30 patients fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criterias will be randomly selected from the OPD and IPD of Department of Prasuti Tantra evum Stree Roga, RGGPG Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Paprola. Patients will be divided randomly into 2 groups; Group I and Group II each with 15 patients. Group I will be given oral preparation of Madhukadi Yoga and Matra vasti of Madhukadi Tailam per rectum while Group II will be Oral preparation of Madhukadi Yoga only. Result will be assessed on the basis of subjective and objec tive assessment criterias. |
