Severe Renal (CRF) hepatic cardiac diseases (CCF) Cancer any continuing blood loss eg Hematemesis melena menorraghic etc

This Project Mainly focus to address the prevalent anemia among the adolescent girls and reproductive age group women and other Health care needs of Physical , mental and counselling.Total 92
medical camps have been conducted at various centres in Jamnagar Taluka since
the commencement of the trial for screening of anaemic patients/beneficiaries
for the current trial. The total screening number till date is 10,501.
In group
A (Trial drug), total 1273 beneficiaries were enrolled, out of which 919
beneficiaries have completed the course of drug, 169 beneficiaries discontinued
the course (LAMA), 8 were excluded from the study considering the exclusion
criteria.(161 beneficiaries discontinued the course due to COVID19 lockdown).
In group
B ( Control group ), total 392 beneficiaries were enrolled, out of which 185 beneficiaries
have completed the course of drug, 82 beneficiaries discontinued the course
(LAMA), 8 were excluded from the study considering the exclusion criteria.(33
beneficiaries discontinued the due to COVID19 lockdown). Currently, 121 beneficiaries
are under study period.
