Intervention  Circuit-interval training   Training protocol consist of the following exercise: Squats, Static lunges, Standing leg calf raises ,Back extension, Shoulder bridge , Push-ups ,Crunches , Side-crunches , Step ups , Side to side jumps Dosage : In week 1&2 : 1 circuit/session,In week 3&4 : 2 circuit/session,In week 5&6 : 3 circuit/session Repetition of each exercise in week 1,3,5 : 15 repetition Repetition of each exercise in week 2,4,6 : 20 repetition Circuit-interval training will be undergo for 3 days/week for 6 weeks.

Brief Summary   Title : To Evaluate The Effect of Circuit-interval Training on Cognitive Dysfunction Among Hypothyroidism Patients : An Interventional Study 

Investigator : VISHWA SUTHAR , School of physiotherapy , RK University 

Aim : To Evaluate The Effect of Circuit-interval Training on Cognitive Dysfunction Among Hypothyroidism Patients . 

Objectives : 

  1. To evaluate effectiveness of circuit-interval training to improve cognition 
  2. To evaluate effectiveness of circuit-interval training to improve endurance 
  3. To compare the correlation between the cognition and endurance 

Materials : 

Pen , Paper , Assessment form , Consent form , Stop watch , Stethoscope , Sphygmomanometer , Measure tape , Chair 

Procedure :

  • Subjects Who Fulfill The Inclusion Criteria will be Selected. Consent will be Taken From all The Subjects for Participating in The Study.

  • Further They will be Divided in Two Group of 75 Subjects in Each Group A and Group B.

  • Pre and Post Intervention Outcome Measures MMSE and 6 Min Walk Test will be Taken.

  • Group A will be Undergo Circuit-Interval Training Protocol and Group B will Undergo only Active Medication.

  • Treatment Duration will be 3 Day/Week for 6 Week.
