Brief Summary   This is an experimental study to see the effects of Dual Task obstacle walking v/s Dual task walking on functional mobility and balance confidence in Community dwelling elderly population. One group will receive Dual task obstacle walking and other group will receive Dual task walking. In Dual task Obstacle walking (Experimental)- group four obstacles will be placed on 10 m pathway and participants has to walk at comfortable speed and to navigate over the obstacles while simultaneously performing a cognitive task like subtracting 3 randomly from 60-100.Task will be performed for 15-20 minutes along with general mobility exercises 3 times a week for 3 weeks . In Dual task walking(Control) group participants has to walk at comfortable speed while simultaneously performing a cognitive task like subtracting 3 randomly from 60-100.Task will be performed for 15-20 minutes along with general mobility exercises 3 times a week for 3weeks. Functional mobility will be assessed by Timed Up and Go Test and Balance confidence will be assessed by Activity specific Balance Confidence Scale pre and post treatment. Data will be analyzed using statistical test within and between the groups.
