Brief Summary   This is a randomised control trial to come the efficacy of single point versus multipoint injection in ultrasound guided axillary plexus nerve block among 188 patients posted for upper limb surgeries over a period of 1 year.
The primary objectives are to look for the time taken for the procedure compared to multiple point injection and to compare the comfort level of the patient for the procedure. The secondary objectives are to assess for complication of the single point injection and to avoid the Musculocutaneous Nerve being spared.
