Intervention  Jalaukavcharana followed with Karanjadi Ghrit   After examination and preparation of the patient, the dushta vrana is cleaned with normal saline after that the jaulaka will applied on the dushta vrana as per the guidelines of shushrut mentioned in Shu. Sutra. Adhyay 13. The jauloka will be applied with the same procedure after seven days. On next day after cleaning the site of dushta vrana with normal saline, local application of karanjadi ghrit will be applied on wound plane in thin layer , then it will be covered by sterile gauze piece and put a cotton pad with suitable bandage. This process will be repeated for next six days before applying the jauloka on seventh day.jauloka will be repeated for 4 times on every 7th day.The total duration of trial is one month.

2.Patient suffering from dushta vrana or patient having clinical features
of dushta vrana .
3.Any post operative non healing ulcer which are irrespective to any
specific as well as non specific procedure.

2.Patient suffering from HIV, & Hepatitis B.
3.Patient suffering from any major systemic disorder.

Brief Summary   This study is a single group randomized trial. Present study is planned to evaluate the efficacy of Jalaukavcharna and Karanjadi Ghrit in the management of Dushta Vrana or non-healing ulcer. In single group 60 clinically diagnosed and registered patients of Dushta Vrana or non-healing ulcer will be taken. The Dushta Vrana will be cleaned with normal saline after that Jalauka will be applied on Dushta Vrana .the Jalauka will be applied after 7 days with the same procedure. one next day after cleaning the site of Dushta Vrana with normal  saline , local application of Karanjadi Ghrit will be applied on wound plane in thin layer, then it will be covered by sterile gauze piece and put a cotton pad with suitable bandage. this process will be repeated for next 6 days before applying the Jalauka on 7th day. Jalauka will be repeated on every 7th day for 4 times. total duration of trial is 1 month.
