Brief Summary
|
under this clinical study minimum 40 patients of Klaibya will be treated with Gokshuradi churna. The constituents of this drug are Gokshura, Shatavari, Kshuraka, Kapikacchu, Nagabala and Atibala. This churna is described in classical text Chakradutta in the chapter of Vrishyadhikara. The action of this drug is Vrishya which improves the Shukra dosha. According to Charak Klaibya is originated from Shukradosha so due to improvement in Shukradosha by different actions of Shukrashrutikara, Shukravriddhikara and Vrishya. It is a nervine tonic which increases Sexual vigor and stamina by increasing strength of body and mind. Due to properties like Madhura rasa, guru, snigddha guna, Sheeta virya and Vrishya action improve the erectile dysfunftion. Kapikacchu improves the sperm count by enhancing spermatogenesis. Kshuraka churna with milk provides strength to the nervous system. Nagabala and Kapikacchu have Shukral properties. Shatavari is also a Shukra Vridhikar. The period of trial will be one month with 7 days follow up. dose will be 5gm twice daily orally with milk. patients will be selected from OPD and IPD and Diagnosed on the basis of sign and symptoms and necessary laboratory investigation. assessment will be done and conclusion will be drawn after completion of study. |
