Brief Summary
|
COVID-19 is the irresistible infection brought about by the most as of
late found coronavirus. This new infection and ailment were obscure before the
flare-up started in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. COVID-19 is currently a
pandemic influencing numerous nations all around. As indicated by the WHO
Coronavirus illness 2019 (COVID-19) Situation Report – 76. The event of the
progressing COVID-19 in created nations likewise features the way that created
nations and rich populaces are not safe to the episodes of irresistible maladies.
Individuals can get COVID-19 from other people who have the infection.
The infection spreads essentially from individual to individual through little beads from the nose or mouth, which
are ousted when an individual with COVID-19 hacks, sniffles, or talks. These
beads are moderately overwhelming, don’t go far
and rapidly sink to the ground.
Individuals can get COVID-19 in the
event that they take in these beads
from an individual contaminated with the infection. This is the reason it is essential to remain in
any event 1 meter) away from others. These beads can arrive on items and surfaces around the individual,
for example, tables, door handles and handrails. Individuals can get tainted by
contacting these items or surfaces, at that point
contacting their eyes, nose or mouth. So the most of the government of
countries had taken the decision of Lock down or restricted movements. In India
the Govt. of India started the full nationwide Lock down from 25 march 2020 for
21 days and extended it to 31 may 2020 in
four phases. Phase 5 is running
from 1 June 2020 only at contentment zones. While
from 8th June 2020
unlock 1 was started. During this period so many restriction were started on
human life. So the daily routine of most of
the people was locked or transformed. In this concern so many health challenges
and changes were happened with unknowing the results of them.
Many reviews done among participants has announced that eating habits has
changed among people during the across the country in lockdown. The survey conducted by Child Rights and You (CRY),
a non-government organization working for the children, also reported increased
bond between children and their parents as they were able to spend more time
together in doing the household
chores and watching television. Besides, 88% respondents said their children’s
exposure to screens increased during the lockdown, with 45% reporting the
increase “to a great extent†and only 43% of the parents/ primary caregivers
said they always supervised when the child was
online.[1]
It is time to unveil that
changes to people’s health behavior
and wellbeing may be quite profound,
and even small changes can have long term health implications. For example,
continuing to smoke, eating a nutritionally poor diet, and being physically
inactive are all health behaviors that are directly linked to cancer risk later
in life. [2]
So there is scope of identify the health related
problems in our community to increase the participation of Ayurveda in a
preventive manner. |
