Brief Summary
|
This is a prospective observational study to study the association of Red blood cell distribution width with mortality and morbidity in children admitted in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. The primary outcome will be association of day 1 red blood cell distribution width with all cause mortality in children admitted to pediatric intensive care unit. The secondary outcomes will be association of day 1 red blood cell distribution width with organ failure, duration of ventilation days, length of stay, abnormal vital parameters, severity of illness and association of highest recorded red blood cell distribution width with mortality and morbidity. |
