Brief Summary
Modification(s)
|
This trial is a comparitive study of the post operative analgesic requirement and intraoperative heamodynamic stability when infused with ketamine vs kignocaine intraoperatively, in sub anaesthetic doses in a patient undergoing elective laparoscopic surgeries under general anaesthesia. From our study, it can be concluded that ketamine provides better post-operative analgesia and intraoperative hemodynamic stability in comparison with lignocaine. |
