Today caudal analgesia in pediatric has increased , because it is complementary to general Anaesthesia,allows conscious postoperative analgesia without respiratory depression. Transverse abdominis a plane block is safe efficient and alternative regional Anaesthesia for postoperative analgesia in abdominal surgery. |
