Brief Summary   Our goal is to evaluate the analgesic efficacy of Inj. Dexamethasone as adjuvant with Inj. Levobupivacaine as local anaesthetic in ultra sound guided transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block in post cesarean delivery conducted under spinal anaesthesia .Our primary objective is to compare the time to first rescue analgesia between the two groups determines by VAS (visual analogue scale) score of more than 4.
