Uncontrolled clinical conditions like Uncontrolled HTN, cancer, HIV, HBsAg, CKD, Liver cirrhosis, Cardiac failure, Stroke etc.
History of Metabolic disorder.

This study is a Randomized clinical trail to evaluate the effect of Vasa (Justicia adhatoda L.) leaves powder and Nimba (Azadirachta indica A.Juss.) leaves powder in the management of Dadru Kushtha. Total 58 patients were screened among them total 36 patients were enrolled in present study and 32 patients were completed total duration of treatment. 4 patients were dropped out due to irregularity in treatment. Selected patients was divided in 2 groups on the basis of computer generated randomization. In this study Vasa is as a trail drug and Nimba is as a standard drug Orally- 40 ml kashay/bd- as per API (10 gram Yavkut churna of drug +160 ml water ,socked it for 6-8 hrs. Then reduce water by 40 ml and take it luke warm in morning and evening empty stomach), Externally- Sukshma churna of patra applied with water on affected part of Skin twice a day for 21 days. Follow up was carried out for 14 days. Clinical data obtained was summarized at the end of the study. Conclusion was made after the statistical analysis of the data. No any Adverse Drug reaction observed during and after treatment.
