Brief Summary   this study is a experimental study to find out the effectiveness ofulti interventional components  on gastric residual volume,abdominal distension and gastro intestinal functioning among patients with nasogastric tube feeding admitted in the selected hospitalas.abdominal massage  and heat application should be considered as a routine nursing care performed for all patients with nasogastric tube feeding for decreasing the gastric residual volume , abdominal distension and alleviating vomitting and improves periferal hemodynamics
