Usg guided erector spinae block |
Under aseptic precaution usg guided erector spinae block by local anaesthetic 0.25% of 20 ml bupivacaine is given at plane and catheter is secured with top ups of 0.25% of 20 ml bupivacaine is given 8 hourly till 48 hours and then catheter is removed. |
