Brief Summary  
The present study evaluates effects of adjuvant effect of Yoga therapy on psychological parameters of ADS patients.

Adjuvant Yoga therapy includes Yogic counseling, breath-body co-ordination, static postures (Asanas), breathing techniques (Pranayamas), and relaxation techniques, carefully selected by conducting a detailed literature review and the final Yoga schedule thus arrived was validated by eminent experts in the field of Yoga. 

Patients who satisfies the inclusion and exclusion criteria would be randomized to either Yoga or Control group. Randomization would be done using statistics and sample app by Dept. of Psychiatry. Patients in both the groups received standard medical care in the form of individualized drug therapy by Dept. of Psychiatry. Patients in the Yoga group would receive 6 supervised Yoga therapy sessions for 6 weeks. Patients would be followed up rigorously by weekly telephonic conversations. The following parameters would be studied at the baseline and after 6 weeks intervention period.

Alcohol Craving questionnaire (ACQ)
Beliefs of Yoga Scale (BAYS)

Pre and post data would be collected and analyzed after completion of the intervention.
